With over 35 years in healthcare, Neera Grover is a certified Craniosacral Therapist, Hypnotherapist, Yoga & Mindfulness Coach, Theta Healer, and Counsellor. She has served as a nurse, lecturer, and consultant under the Ministry of Health, New Zealand.
Her vast experience—and deep compassion—has shaped the creation of MABERT Therapy. As a visionary and a doer, Neera’s mission is to empower people to heal naturally, with care and consciousness.
She is a psychologist, researcher, and faculty with expertise in mental health, spirituality, and employee wellness. She offers counseling for anxiety and depression, conducts corporate trainings, and has published internationally on Indian psychology and well-being.
Trained in art therapy, child mental health, and therapeutic movement, she established IILM University’s Psychology Department. As an Art of Living Faculty, she teaches breathwork and meditation for holistic transformation.
A highly motivated physiotherapist specializing in neuro physiotherapy, with expertise in assessing and treating neurological and Musculoskeletal problems. Skilled in creating personalized rehabilitation plans using manual therapy, exercises, and neuro-specific techniques to improve motor function and mobility. Committed to evidence-based care, enhancing patient outcomes, and promoting overall wellbeing. Strong communicator with excellent teamwork skills, dedicated to improving patient outcomes and promoting overall well-being.
Known as The Rainbow Lady and Spiritual Success Mentor, she is a seasoned wellbeing facilitator who supports individuals in reconnecting with balance, clarity, and inner resilience. With over 16 years of experience in energy-based and experiential healing modalities, she works at the intersection of mind, body, and emotional wellbeing.
Her approach is grounded, gentle, and client-centred, emphasising safety, reflection, and self-awareness in every session. As a senior ThetaHealing®️ teacher and practitioner, she specialises in identifying and gently transforming limiting belief patterns that impact mental and emotional health.
Based in Waikato, New Zealand, her work is deeply inspired by nature, stillness, and contemplative presence. She is the author of Cosmic Radiance and creator of the internationally facilitated Being in Colour®️ process, a heart-centred approach to self-expression and emotional insight.

Rajnish Gogia brings a distinguished corporate career, having served as Chief Operating Officer at Luxor International Private Limited, where he was recognized as a visionary leader and people manager. His professional foundation was shaped by key roles at multinational corporations including Philips India and Samsung, followed by a strategic leadership stint as Vice President of the Delhi Advertising Club during his tenure with the ABP media group.
Trained and certified by DRF Conflict Management Solutions, Rajnish now actively pursues his passion for mediation and conflict resolution. He is a member of the Legal Cell at IHRCC (International Human Rights and Crime Control Council), an NGO committed to upholding human rights. Additionally, he serves as a Pro Bono Advisor on Strategy and Legal Affairs to the Oasis Wellbeing Centre, where he integrates his corporate experience with his current interests in negotiation, legal awareness, and wellness advocacy.
